Do not send NCBFAA any information that you or anyone else considers to be confidential or proprietary unless a written agreement between you and NCBFAA, separate and apart from this Agreement and separate and apart from the newsletter, webinar, training, or event related agreement or contract has first been entered into between you and NCBFAA.
